It was a pleasant surprise when we filled our spaces at The Mill faster than we expected. But that success also means a lot of work needs to be done to keep our members’ stay here as relaxed and hassle-free as possible. That’s where Mia comes in! She’s an office assistant that joined us last winter. She helps us handle basic member relations, keep the space looking great, and manage events.
Aside from working at the Mill, Mia currently attends art school. She’s a creative soul and a music fan. She shares, “I try my best to bring my creativity and free-spirited attitude into every aspect of my life, which includes my daily tasks at The Mill.” She enjoys attending concerts all over Delaware and Philadelphia, “especially Grateful Dead-related shows.”
Like most members of The Mill, Mia loves the laidback environment and interesting people she gets to meet every day. She says one of her favorite memories has been “joining together with other members to plan a very successful surprise party for Rebecca’s 25th birthday.”
